SO MUCH TO POST!!

hey y'all!! i have gotten

so behind,

on this blog stuff

it almost feels like i am as far behind on this

as i am my

scrapbooking!! yikes!

well so much has happened,

i will be sitting down and just posting like

crazy

next week when i have some time to just

sit at a computer!!

i wanted you all to know that

i am still here

and have not abandonded you!!

i hope my blog does not

bore you to death!!

VEGAS BABY!!!

brandon and i were so excited to head down to

LAS VEGAS

for valentine day weekend! we were really excited to

get tickets to go see the

BEATLES LOVE

show that was playing!! it was sooo

awesome!

if you love the beatles music, then you would

love this show!! we had a great time just getting out

and away from the normal day to day routine!!

GIRLS NIGHT!!
dont get us wrong, we love the boys in our family

but when seattul and i get to have a girls night

alone and eat ice cream and watch movies

its something special. i love this time together!!

we had so much fun being silly and pigging out!

we both fell alseep on the couch watching

father of the bride II! you know what they say:

"GIRLS WILL BE GIRLS!!"

well it seems to be that time of year.

i have seen a few people posting this event too.

this was eastons first year playing and he loves it.

he has had an overall good experience and

i hope that he enjoys himself as much as possible!

SEATTULS BIG HAIR CUT!!

seattul went for it!!

she absoutly LOVES to get hair cuts!!

its a good thing her hair grows fast,

or she might be bald! she was trying to grow

her hair out and cut it off and donate

it to locks of love, but we couldnt wait

3 more inches. she did cut off 5 inches though!

she loves it and chelsea did a fantastic

job as well! THANKS CHELSEA!

SUPER BOWL SUNDAY

"GAME" NIGHT!!

so super bowl sunday came around

and i think collectivly as a group we are not

the biggest football finatics,

but we do usually try to get together for

GAME night!!

its so fun hanging out with all the brandons family.

the family is getting so big and so busy

that we hardly ever get all together anymore,

so its a real treat when it happens!!

this is a photo of us playing phase ten the dice game. included in this picture is brandons sister crystal, her friend spencer, lilly, cade looking at crystal, myself and easton in the background!!

(yes joy i was totally thinking of braden, lots of fun!

i would recommend it, its lots faster!!!)

if anyone knows brandon, you know he can't turn down a challenge, so the head stand competition was on!! it was between brandon and crystal. they went forever and they both had to have huge headaches!! ouch!! oakley is counting them down!!

everyone here is kinda doing their own thing! clint is watching chase play the nintendo ds and easton and crystal are posing for the camera!! or maybe they werent quite ready for the shot?

SUPERCROSS TIME

how can we tell its time for supercross?

oh ya the "supercross" chair is out!

never does he use it, except for watching

supercross or one of his many 4x4 shows.

he had to have this chair!

he went to cabelas and bought it

when i was at work on a saturday. he knew i would say

"HECK NO! ITS A STINKING CAMPING CHAIR IN MY LIVING ROOM!!"

so he get merits for being sneaky!!

he has to use to watch his shows!!

at least he puts it away when he is done!!

oakley and easton had been letting their hair grow out

for some time and i had just had enough.

it was fun for a while and oakleys was actually

getting really long, but it just wasnt cuttin it for me!

i see so many kids with the shag and its so cute

maybe you have to get past the stage of it buggin

and then it becomes cute. i just dont have the

PATIENCE!! AHHHHH!

oakley he would just leave it a mess, and it was

hard to do anything with.

this time of year all they want to do is wear a beanie!!

easton on the other hand likes his straight up in

the front and the longer the better, so he was

disappointed with me that i cut about two inches

off, but they look so nice now!! i am liking that i can

see their cute faces again!!

BROOKLIN AND EASTON!!

so... just in case nobody knows the scoop on these two,

i will try to recap, here goes...

we moved in next door to the sorensons about 6 years ago

in springville. we seriously could not have asked for better neighbors

and BrookLin and Easton hit it off.

they were only about two years old at the time!!

it wasn't long and they were planning a life together...

...which temple to marry in,

where they were going to live

and even how many kids to have!!

they even would deal with everyone teasing them,

nothing has wavered their "love" for each other.

so needless to say two years ago when the sorensons

moved to midway, easton was heart broken, but the bond that

they built has stayed strong and easton talkes about BrookLin

at least once a week!! its so cute!!

so when they came down this weekend

it was a reunion just waiting to happen!!

its been 2 long years since these two have been able to really play together

and they took advantage of every minute!!

we love to see the sorensons whenever we can,

its just never very often or for very long!

we will have to do something about that!!

SCIENCE FAIR TIME!!

this was oakleys first time doing a science fair.

i think its going to turn out really GREAT!!

his project is "which type of metal conducts heat the best"

its kinda detailed, but so is oakley.

we purchased 4 different types of metal and shot them

with the heat gun and then the temp gun to see

which one heated up the quickest.

the kids and i were suprised with the results,

but brandon wasn't maybe cause

he works with metals on a daily basis?

anyhow, we need to put it all together now so we can

display it. alot of fun and we actually learned alot!!

and they suprisingly

had a blast!

wouldn't enjoy themselves, but that just

sooooo much fun!

we are definately going to have to go again,

and take seattul also.

she wasnt happy that she was

"left out"!
